The most commonly cited remedy, paradoxically, is to hear the full version of the audio or song. Completing the loop gives your brain the resolution it's been desperately seeking. The risk, of course, is that you go back to TikTok to find the original sound and spend forty-five minutes on the app, after which you have three new earworms and a vague sense of time having been stolen from you.
